With many members residing in different countries around the world, the Class is represented in the following regions represented by regional heads;

These regions are semi-autonomous but operate within the ideals and principles of the Class by-laws.

The executive board is made up of the following persons:

- The president - Clement Nkamanyi (Germany)
- The Secretary General - Christian Eyong (Japan)
- The financial Secretary - Fritz Mbome (USA)
- The Treasurer - Che Ivo (Germany). - Public Relations Officer - Renzo Agbor (USA)
